Our Annual Jr. Wolves Sideouts Fundraiser Kickoff event is set for Sunday, August 31, 2025 over Labor Day weekend.
This is our main fundraising event for the program every year to give the Jr. Wolves the necessary dollars to make our program the huge success that it is year after year. Proceeds from this event go towards ongoing safety equipment refresh & purchases, along with general program operating expenses. So every dollar raised is right back in the program to carry on our traditions.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on our Jr. Wolves Store, or at the door. Entrance fees cover top shelf liquor for the evening along with food/appetizers. We also have a" soda only" cover for the evening with food and appetizers.
A ton of work goes into setting up this year's event, not only by all our families putting together some amazing silent auction baskets, but by our board members handling all the back end details. On the day of the event, we do need additional helpers to cover some necessary areas to ensure a great time is had by all. These areas include working the check in table, working the Cork Pull table, and working the crowds for 50/50 raffle ticket sales.
Make sure you spread the word to friends, neighbors, relatives, etc. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this year's event!
